Pets can be dropped off and picked up the same day, with any choice of lodging options. These pets will be taken outside, given constant access to water, food as requested and can have any blankets, beds, toys, or food/treats brought in with them.

What your pet does during the day! They are let out in our fenced-in airing yards 4 times a day for at least 10 minutes.
7:00-8:30AM Pets are let outside to potty and stretch their legs for a minimum of 10 minutes. During this time, we get them food, water, and any medications they need, and we make their bed.
8:30-9:30AM Pets relax in their lodging units or enjoy their additional Add-On services.
9:30AM-11:00AM Pets are let outside to potty and stretch their legs for a minimum of 10 minutes.
11:00AM-2:00PM Pets relax in their lodging units.

What should I bring?
Vaccination Records
If we do not already have your most current vaccination records, you are required by Iowa law to provide us with your pets vaccination records for Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo and Rabies.

Food
We strongly recommend bringing food from home for your pet to prevent tummy troubles, however you may choose to have your dog fed food supplied by us for $2 per day.
If you bring your own food it must be in an enclosed container, such as: zip lock baggies, totes, ice cream buckets, trash cans, etc.

Bedding & Toys
You may bring blankets or bedding for your dog. However, bedding must be able to be machine washed should it get soiled. We also ask that if your dog is a known chewer or destroyer that you refrain from bringing any bedding to avoid destruction and ingestion of bedding. Same goes for any toys!

Vaccinations
We can't wait to meet your pet! But first, in order to ensure the health and safety of all of our boarders we require proof of up to date vaccinations:
For Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Parvo.
For Cats: Rabies and FVRCP (Distemper).

Feeding
We charge $2/day for feeding your dog our food, if you do not supply us with your own

Medication
We charge a $2/day fee for administering medications. All staff are trained in properly administering pills, injections, and drops.

24 Hour Cancellation
If less than 24 hours notice is given before a cancellation there will be a $15 fee.

Outside Hours Pick Up or Drop Off
Anytime there is a pick up or drop off outside of regular business hours there will be a fee of $15. This MUST be scheduled with a staff member. If it is not scheduled, you are subject to an additional fee greater than $15

Pick Up after 10 AM
If you are able to pick up before 10 AM that morning is free of charge. If you are unable to, any pick up after 10 AM will result in a charge equal to (1) additional night in that lodging unit. This will NOT be the case on Sundays when we are only open 3-6pm.
